Books, Games, Movies and T.V Shows

Hey!

I thought I would do an update on a few things going on at the moment such as new books I have one I'm currently reading. Movies and TV shows that are my thing and some of the games I'm starting!

BOOKS

So I have been a bit late on the bandwagon for this one but I have bought THRONE OF GLASS by Sarah J Maas! I even got the beautiful UK covers which are insanely cool looking plus so happy to start this series! I have been waiting a long time to read this series plus with all the hype around it I was a little bit worried to pick it up but when I saw it on special I knew it was a sign that I needed to get this book. It is a fantasy novel for those who do not know following the life of assassin Celaena Sardothien! The reviews are great and the story sounds like its a lot more then your normal fantasy, plus I have read a chapter or two of her writing and love the way she molds a story plus from what I have heard it isn't all just about the generic fantasy elements there is a lot more and the friendships are supposed to be great so I think I'm ready to get into this series especially as so many of the books are out I don't have to wait so long!

I have been in a bit of a reading funk at the moment, but one series seems to be all I can read The Runes Series by Ednah Walters. I'm really loving it so far filled with Norse mythology but is a lot more then I had expected and enjoy her writing style a lot but she is also good at adding some great male characters to the story. The story begins by following Raine as she deals with her missing father and normal high school life that is until a sexy new neighbour moves in! I would really recommend it to anyone that loves this type of mythology and one thing I love is the fact that later on in the books you get to see another POV plus there is a companion series too so plenty of reading. I'm currently reading Seeress Book #4

Because of my slump I have not been able to read LADY MIDNIGHT by Cassandra Clare, I think since there is so much hype around this book I was so excited to get it and drive back into the Shadowhunter world but because of this dam block I have not started! Happily I have not been too spoiled so yay! Hopefully I will get onto this book soon as its HUGE

The last book that I have bought was THE RAVEN KING by Maggie Stiefvater, I think the amazon I got it from sent them out too early as its not supposed to be out for like another week but I was so happy to get this book! The Raven Boys series is one of my all time favourites the story the characters and just everything. Maggies writing in this series is AMAZING!

MOVIES & TV SHOWS

SO due to my epic reading slump I have been watching more and more instead of making my TBR smaller -_- I have been going to classics instead of all of the new shows and movies plus I am still watching the ones I have been talking about in previous posts!
I have started to re watch a couple of my old favourite TV shows Friends and Gilmore Girls! I grew up watching these and to watch them again is just so great it makes me just feel good to re live those moments those feelings it brings back all the nostalgia especially as when I first watched these shows I didn't get all of the humour but no matter how many times I re watch it now I still get those same feelings!

I'm in the mood for this nostalgia cause I have been watching all of those great teen movies with stars like Amanda Bynes, Hilary Duff and the Olsen twins to name a few! Watching what a girl wants still gets the NAWH moments. And I do almost cry in most Hilary Duff movies like Raise your voice then laugh in the Lizzie McGuire movie. The Olsen twins were a staple in my house growing up where my best friend had almost all of these movies so every other sleep over we would re watch them again and again they never get old! I think my favourite might be Getting there and you can never get sad in these movies cause the girl always gets the guy has no rules and there is always an epic music montage or 2. That's the one thing you can always count on in these kinds of movies that music starts playing and you know there will be laughs and normally a number of different outfits...

GAMES

I have been trying to play a bit more but because I work late then have to get up early I don't have as much time for these as I would like especially when its easy to put a TV show or Movie in the background and I read while on the train everywhere! But I am getting ready for the next Diablo 3 season starting next week or this week. I'm excited to see what they have changed and added but especially to see if they have changed the classes too much. It can get annoying when they make most of the other characters have to be support for one class but it happens every time so I don't know what I might play maybe go to Witch Doctor or stick with my favourite Wizard although to be honest I did really enjoy Monk! Love this game with the seasons but also love the story itself so good, I like that in a game the story. but I love how I say that then want to play CS:GO and H1Z1... -_-

The other game I really want to get into is Stardew Valley! I know that it did have a bit of hype and a number of streamers did play it for a while which is why I got so interested in it. You are a city guy of person till you get a message from your granddad that he has passed and wants you to take over his farm. It has a lot of farming aspects obviously but you get to interact with the small town you live in even get a wife or husband if you like! Plus you build your farm with trees animals and crops, the thing that I think makes it different and cool for me is you can go mine ores plus attack creatures with your sword so it has a bit of everything for anyone!

If you have any suggestions let me know!
I hope your all doing well and have a great day!
Peace : )

A quick synopsis of the book for those of you that are up to this

This war is not being played on a battlefield.
Killed by the man she loves, not even death is kind to Zoey. Neither life nor her fae powers will let her go in peace. In this final installment, Zoey’s strength, determination, and trust are put to the ultimate test. In the fight to protect the people she loves and stop DMG from experimenting on fae, humans, and animals to create soldiers, she learns the reality of how far Dr. Rapava will go to achieve his ultimate mission. Of course, Rapava is not the only one willing to go to extremes. Vadik is hunting Ryker, and there is nothing he won’t do to get back the property he feels is his: both Ryker and the Stone of Destiny. To end one evil, Zoey might have to make a deal with another. One she won't be able to get out of. And it could be the worst decision she ever made.  ;
Haven't started reading the Collector's series yet? Start with City In Embers!

CITY IN EMBERS BOOK #1 SYNOPSIS

Zoey Daniels has been tossed from foster home to foster home, where she grows up fast and tough. When she is placed in her “lastchance” home, she finds a reason to stay and turn her life around: her foster sister, Lexie, who is paralyzed and confined to a wheelchair. Zoey will do anything to keep her safe.
After high school, Zoey is hired by a special government agency, the Department of Molecular Genetics (DMG), where she meets the other reason to remain: Daniel, her coworker. The man she loves. But there is something unique about Zoey. She can see fae. Because of this, the DMG hires her to work as a Collector: catching, researching, testing, and using the fae to save human lives. The work never registers on her sympathy radar. She was raised to think of fae as beasts that feed on humans and want to destroy them. When devastation hits Seattle, Zoey's whole world is turned upside down. The electric storm connects her to a ruthless fae, a Wanderer named Ryker, whose dealings expose them to even more trouble and danger. They embark on a journey, running and hiding from both the government and fae, both of which threaten their lives and those they love.

Guilty Pleasures that I'm not ashamed!

Hey!

I have talked about these series a number of times on my blog because I love them and not really ashamed well not really and they have new seasons coming up or even already going through so ep!

ONCE UPON A TIME

I love this show! Its like perfect what is better then having re tellings but having a TV show of re tellings where everything and everyone is connected in this crazy way! I think its so cool seeing the way the show makers portray characters like the Evil Queen, Red Riding Hood and especially Rumpelstiltskin! He is my favourite character and the actor who plays him, Robert Carlyle, is amazing at being him its perfect and makes the series so good cause you have no idea what he will do next. For anyone that doesn't know the story follows Emma Swan as she is brought to the small town of Storeybrooke by her son Henry where all of the townspeople are characters from fairytales transported there by an evil curse!

The way they take a fairytale that everyone knows and twists it on its head is great and makes for a very interesting and exciting show. I never know what is going to happen and those season cliff hangers get me every time I mean season 5 mid season ending OMG. The characters and relationships are so great that you get attached to these characters and the way they are with each other I mean Emma is just great and such a tough person plus mix that with the classic Snow White and Prince Charming it makes for some feel good moments. You get all the feels and get all of the good ships but I love how you stories from everyone. The strong and crazy couples, weak and strong men and the weak and strong women its great and really makes you think. I also really like how they actually took some parts of original stories cause let me tell you the disney versions are cookie cutter versions!

VAMPIRE DIARIES & THE ORIGINALS

This is one of those guilty pleasures because I don't want to like it but I just can't help it! I mean I went through the After twilight phase and liked a lot of vampire books so when I heard of this series I was interested. I have never read the books which I think is a really good thing due to the mixed reviews but I think the TV show is quite good. It follows Elena as she gets thrown into this world of Vampires, Witches and werewolves in her small home town of Mystic falls! I like the way they do vampires its nice and different though the whole day light ring is a little eh for me but some of the other aspects are really cool like the witches and the werewolves are just generic nothing really new about that.

There is also another series the Originals which follows Klaus one of the original vampires as he and his few siblings as they go back to there old stomping grounds New Orleans! But a new high vampire is in town and there is a lot of witches to deal with. The is one aspect that I like about the Originals is the look at witches because that is one of the things Nola is known for voodoo and all that but its cool how they add a little bit of human into it as well where Klaus befriends a bartender Cami and she gets pulled into this whole world.

I did think that the way they combine the series at times to do cross overs is great and adds something else to the story which at time sometimes its needed. One thing I have not done is watched the first half of the new TVD series because the main character Elena played by Nina Dobrev left, and I don't know if I am ready for a series that lost there main character... But I do love TO its my favourite of the too because it goes into the back story more which is something I prefer and you see how and why these types of people came about. Good old Guilty Pleasure!

REIGN

This show makes me happy! It may not be all historically accurate but I don't care I love this kind of historical show cause for me this is kinda my history in a way. My family comes from Scotland and Ireland which this show is about Mary Queen of Scots! It follows Mary as she is growing up in France getting ready to join her country with that of France through her marriage to the delphi Francis. With a lot of twists and turns it follows her life and the choices she must not only make for herself but also her country!

I love the plot but also how they have adapted it to be a bit more exciting then the original history but to also have other players that are effecting these key main characters. I love the relationships as well you see the struggle especially with Mary and Francis who were told from birth they will be together and be the champions of there countries its a lot of pressure and the show captures that not just in the plot but in there relationship and there relationships with friends and family. I really like the added storylines of Mary's ladies she starts off with 5 who come with her when she is old enough to move to French Court.

This isn't a show for everyone and I'm totally okay with that I'm getting better at not worrying what I like and what others like! I do think the costumes are super great and look really traditional. It must suck to get into them on a daily basis but I think it would be cool to look like that with the dresses, corsets and jewelry, I'm not a girly girl though I would like me some of that. I highly recommend this show as it does have some of the big hitters in our history especially when after a few seasons they bring in a epic English Queen too. The way the world was then I think is a little bit more accurate then some of the other aspects of it like some of the politics of it which is interesting to see.

I'm not afraid to say I love TV and these are some some of my favoutite shows gotta get me some drama and romance!

I hope you have a great day and are doing good!
Peace : )

TV Shows I be liking right now!

Hey!

So over the last few months I have been super busy binge watching Netflix! There is so many amazing shows and movies on there that I have just been re living my childhood again and again BUT new shows all of the magical goodness that I have been missing. SO lets talk about 3 series I am so happy are here

THE 100

This show is based on the book series by Kass Morgan known by the same name following 100 teenager juveniles as they are shipped off to post apocalyptic nuclear earth! This is such a crazy premise that I was so excited to start watching the TV show. It first came out at the end of 2013 and has just last month been renewed for a 4th season!

I love the characters with there relationships, its such a good balance of real life issues such as friendships and relationships to crazy action between us and what is on the ground! Its great to see so many new actors and actresses coming forward showing that they are good at what they do. One thing that I am loving more and more is the fact that there is so many coming from Australia! I grew up watching some of these actors on TV shows that came to NZ, its exciting to see something new for them and they are like taking over!.

The thing that really grabbed me was the plot set where the world has been destroyed in a nuclear war and is not save to live on so we all move and live on a spaceship. Seeing that this could happen well the world being destroyed part maybe not the spaceship part sadly but its really cool. Especially how the story is changing and has so many twists and turns! I know that it has gone away from the books and as I have not read them but I think in this case it may actually been a good thing. I can't wait to see where the story goes next! Even my BF who isn't normally into this kind of stuff liked it! Got to catch up on a few episodes though, probs not too many blogs in the next few weeks ;)

Season one synopsis - Love wiki!

"The series is set 97 years after a devastating nuclear apocalypse wiped out almost all life on Earth. The only known survivors lived on 12 space stations in Earth's orbit prior to the apocalyptic event. The space stations banded together to form a single massive station named "The Ark", where about 2,400 people live under the leadership of Chancellor Jaha. Resources are scarce, so all crimes – regardless of their nature or severity – are punishable by ejection into space ("floating") unless the perpetrator is under 18 years of age. After the Ark's life-support systems are found to be critically failing, 100 juvenile prisoners are declared "expendable" and sent to the surface – near former Washington, D.C. – in a last ditch attempt to determine if Earth is habitable again, in a program called "The 100". The teens arrive on a seemingly pristine planet they have only seen from space. They attempt to find refuge and supplies at an old military installation, Mount Weather Emergency Operations Center, located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. However, they land some distance from the intended target and soon face other problems. Confronting both the wonders and the dangers of this rugged new world, they struggle to form a tentative community. They soon discover that not all humanity was wiped out – some survived the war, and are now called Grounders, along with other lurking dangers: Grounders who have become cannibals, known as Reapers, and Mountain Men, who live in Mount Weather."

DEGRASSI NEXT CLASS

I was really sad to hear that one of my favourite childhood TV shows was coming to an end, Degrassi the next generation but I was so excited to see how they were going to end it after 14 seasons! I grew up watching these characters grow up! Plus I know someone that knew a couple of the cast small world indeed. It had such great plots that were so easy to relate to and actually followed some of my own life at time cause dam High School is hard!

But thanks to Netflix they created a new series called Degrassi Next Class, this follows the group of the original cast who were too young to have graduate at the time the 14th season ended. It was kinda call that this idea was done just because I was curious as to how some of there stories would end, I grew to really like some of them and there stories were really quiet sad!.

I did enjoy the first season and it seems that they may be doing another season, the one thing that I did not like was how short the season was. For me 10 episodes with a show that is like 20 minutes long doesn't seem like a long enough time to actually build a story that is one good and 2 actually entertaining. A few of the story lines were really good and I was glad to see Degrassi hasn't lost there kick when it comes to getting to the true matters that count but I found myself really thinking is this what it is like now, I'm only 23 I don't think I am that old! One thing I know a lot of people do agree with how the story played out in the end I do not, I am a female gamer, even if its a noob status I don't see such a high correlation between gaming and being going off the deep end. This was something that really did make me mad but I don't think it was portrayed correctly. I will likely still watch the new season if it comes to that as Degrassi has always been one of my favourites.

Overview of what Degrassi is from Wiki

"This season follows a group of high school sophomores and juniors from Degrassi Community School, a fictional school in Toronto, Ontario, and depicts some of the typical issues and challenges common to a teenager's life. This season will depict a new school year after the previous seniors, some of which debuted during Degrassi The Next Generation, graduated in the previous season. This season will feature another re-branding for the franchise and is being considered a stand alone series to its predecessor. It will tell the stories of a new generation navigating high school drama with groundbreaking stories such as cyber bullying, mental illness, dysfunctional families, sexuality, online harassment, feminism, racial discrimination, life-threatening diseases and drug use. It will also target the new post-millennial teen cohort known as Generation Z."

SHADOWHUNTERS

This was a show I was super excited about happening especially as a TV show can show so much more from a book series that amazing like Cassandra Clare's The Mortal Instruments. Especially as the original movie was really a flop, some things were great and I did agree with some of the casting plus the way they followed the story but not going to lie was pretty crap!. Now we have Shadowhunters and I was very interested to see where it will go especially as they was a lot of talk about trying to follow the books more.

I have watched most of the episodes and are catching up on the last few at the moment! I did really like the new take on the story and the new casting, they fit very well to the characters I picture from the books. The story does move really quick compared to the books and there are a number of things that are very different that I don't like, I have been worried it would go more like most shows that originate from books.

I have given the show a chance and will continue to do so, I have an open mind about it because no way are they going to continue on the same path of the books but I hope the end game is still the same. These are characters I have grown to love especially all of my favourite pairings I just hope if follows a good path. I don't want it to be exactly like the books but I can't wait to see what will happen next!.

Synopsis Overview from Wiki

"Clary Fray has just enrolled at Brooklyn Academy of Arts. On her eighteenth birthday, she learns that she is a Shadowhunter, a human born with angelic blood who protect humans from demons. That night, Clary's mother, Jocelyn Fray, is abducted by a group of rogue Shadowhunters of "The Circle". Their leader is Jocelyn's husband Valentine Morgenstern.
With her mother missing, Clary turns to Luke, a person she trusted, only to seemingly be betrayed. Clary joins up with a band of Shadowhunters to save her mother and discovers powers she never knew she possessed. Clary is thrown into the world of demon hunting with the mysterious, narcissistic, and attractive Shadowhunter, Jace, and also her loyal and geeky friend, Simon. Now living among faeries, warlocks, vampires, and werewolves, Clary begins a journey of self-discovery as she learns more about her past and what her future may hold."

I hope to have some new blogs about a few TV shows that are still going which I LOVE and are my guilty pleasures!

I hope your doing well and have a great day!

UNKNOWN BY WENDY HIGGINS!

HEY!

The amazing Wendy Higgins has a new book coming out and gosh darn I'm super excited for this! I loved her Sweet Evil series about Demons and her epic retelling in The Great Hunt, BUT now we be getting some crazy sci-fi! And I get to be a part of the cover reveal for this new novel Unknown

But first a little about Wendy Higgins, one of my auto buy authors!

Author Bio:
Wendy Higgins is the USA Today and NYT bestselling author of the Sweet Evil series from HarperTeen, the high fantasy duology The Great Hunt, and her independently published Irish fantasy, See Me. She is a former high school English teacher who now writes full time, and lives on the Eastern Shore of Virginia with her veterinarian husband, daughter, son, and doggie Rue.
Wendy earned a bachelor's in Creative Writing from George Mason University and a master's in Curriculum and Instruction from Radford University.

UNKNOWN (that is the actual name haha I got confused when I first saw it too!)

The one really interesting thing is she is moving from Young Adult to New Adult there is a big blog post about her decision to do this plus some more interesting points about how she got to this series. She gave a lot of hints and bits about her new series from her blog post, check out the full post on her blog here:

Here's what I can tell you so far about the Unknown series:

~It will be at least 3-4 books in total
~It will follow at least 2 female main characters. Book 1 will focus on Amber Tate. Book 2 will introduce us to Jasmine, and will go back-and-forth between Amber and Jasmine's viewpoints for the remainder of the series, both told in first person point of view, both with their own romance threads.
~There will be no male POV in these books.
~The first book will be mostly backstory and introductions, along with the world's downfall. You will be left with more questions than answers in book 1. I love you. Don't hate me.
~I am hoping to get the first book written this winter/spring, edited in early summer, and published in August. That is if all goes well and there are no set backs. But I will not put out a rushed product, so if I don't feel it's ready by August I will adjust the publication date.

~And lastly, the incredibly talented graphic artist Jennifer Munswami is working on a cover! *flails*

And now for the Cover and Synopsis!
Don't forget to add it to your Goodreads list!

"Amber Tate believes the worst thing she’ll suffer in life is dealing with the unrequited love she feels for her brother’s best friend, Rylen Fite. She also believes war is something unfortunate that happens places far, far away from her rural Nevada town. She’s wrong on both counts.

When an unknown organization meticulously bombs major cities in the United States and across the globe, a trickle-down effect spreads to remaining towns at an alarming speed—everything from food and water sources to technological communications are compromised. Without leadership, the nation is split between paralysis and panic, but Amber isn’t one to hide or watch helplessly. She’s determined to put her nursing skills to use, despite the danger, even if it means working alongside the man she can never have.

In this first installment of NY Times bestselling author, Wendy Higgins’s debut New Adult series, a frighteningly realistic apocalyptic America is brought to life, entwined with searing romantic tension that will leave you eager for more."

Check out Wendy's Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and Website where you can find out all about her other Young Adult series and her, she is great with fans of her books plus she will like always reply. One of the things I really like about her is that, she is such a cool person!

Comes out August 16 2016! Also check her out on wattpad she is posting some of the unedited chapters here

Hope your doing good and have a great day!

Perfekt Match by ST Bende!

Hey!

So a week or so ago it was announced not just a title and a cover for the next book in the Ære Saga, the next book is called Perfekt Match! This will go back to following Brynn as stuff starts to hit the fan not only on Midgard, earth but also on Asgard. A number of decisions seem like they will come to a head and it sounds like a great read! Sadly we do have to wait till 2017, it seems like maybe March next year but hopefully ST will be nice!

Perfekt Match Ære Saga #4

Goodreads Synopsis

"Valkyrie Brynn Aksel is ready for some downtime. With her friends safely returned from the dark realms and the school year off to a quiet start, she’s ready to settle back into her roles as Henrik Andersson’s girlfriend, the God of War’s bodyguard, and her mortal roommate’s Asgardian mentor. But when an urgent message arrives from Asgard, it becomes clear there’s no rest for the gods . . . not when the security of the realms is on the line.

The Goddess of Love has fallen ill, her emotional reserves tanking almost a year after her Helheim imprisonment. An unsanctioned connection with a mortal is the only thing keeping her in the light, but Freya’s vow to the Norns prevents her from fully uniting with her perfekt match. War’s human girlfriend could delay the effects of Freya’s illness, but the ban on inter-realm unions prevents her from accessing her power. Saving Love is going to require a very persuasive argument to three very stubborn sisters . . . and a journey straight through the darkness. With the collective happy-ever-after of the cosmos on the line, Brynn and Henrik must travel to the heart of the realms to save their friend, their love, and the future of their worlds. And with an inexplicable cold spell gripping Midgard in its treacherous tentacles, more than just Love hangs in the balance. Ragnarok is coming. And it’s shaping up to be the perfekt storm. "

I love how the covers all follow that same pattern I wish I could get real books instead of ebooks cause gosh they would look perfekt on my shelf!
Have a look at this series and ST Bende's other series The Elsker series, and get all that great Norse Mythology.

Woop Woop.

PERFEKT BALANCE IS HERE!!!!!

Hey!

I was lucky enough to get to be apart of the launch team for ST Bende's new book in her Ære Series Perfekt Balance and received a copy for review! This was so exciting for me as I really loved her Elsker series and had started to read this one when the second book came out so here are my thoughts and feels on Elsa's Story

PERFEKT BALANCE

Title: Perfekt Balance

Author: ST Bende

Series: The Ære Saga #3

Published: ST Bende (Self Published!!!!!)

Genre: NA/Mythology

Goodreads Synopsis:

"Elsa Fredriksen knows there’s a thin line between love and fear. As High Healer, she rights the wrongs committed by Asgard’s enemies. But even the gods’ secret weapon can’t undo every injury—especially when her fate is completely entwined with the god she’s trying to save.

Elsa’s in love with the Norse God of Justice. But Forse’s heart is ruled by fear—fear that the past will repeat itself; fear that opening his heart will compromise his ability to do his job; fear that he’ll hurt the one girl he desperately wants to protect. Again.

When Elsa faces off against the very monster she once swore to protect, her survival depends on a power she isn’t sure she can control. And when Forse’s worst nightmare unfolds in front of him, Elsa has to decide whether it’s more important to hold the realms in perfekt balance . . . or hold onto the guy she can’t imagine existing without"

This is the 3rd book in her series following one of ST Bende's Norse Crew, this time we follow Elsa a high healer who has always known her place and how to do her jobs in fact she is a pretty badass high higher but when she is told to get her mothers Unifier ability up to scratch she gets nervous. Unifier is a very important job helping keep crazy situations between realms calm while helping the God of War, Good thing Elsa is great with energy... except there is so much more to the job then that.

With her amazing best friend of a lifetime Forse to help things should be easy right? Except Elsa is crazy stupid in love with him and they have been doing the flirty dance for centuries but now they may be tested. Elsa's brother the God of War gets a call that they are bringing in the woman who helped kill her parents and she needs to put her big unifier pants on to help. Good luck girl!

I was very interested to see from Elsa's POV she seems like the calm level headed one of the group and to see her relationships and friendships with the other girls but also Forse and her brother Tyr. I loved the relationship with her brother and it helped to understand him more cause a lot of crap happens between them and for Tyr, he may be the God of War but he would do anything for his sister and its great to see how they interact with each other. I would have liked to see more Mia, Brynn and Elsa action because they are all so different and I think would balance each other out perfektly so fingers crossed for the next few books.
With Forse because you get a taste of how they are with each other in the first 2 books its nice to see in her head when it comes to him though at times I did find it a little repetitive it was the same issues and feelings which I can get with the situation she was in but yeah I would have liked more from her character and the deep friendship they built over the years when he was keeping her at arms length.

I loved to see how cool all of Elsa's abilities are! The way she can talk about energy in a way that makes so much sense in modern sense. Plus the brother/sister get into your mind situation super cool but definitely I can see that getting super awkward. I think it was important to see more about the secondary Gods as well, the Keys, who kinda seem even more important than the primary Gods. They have so much power and I hope in future books we can get more information about all of this.

It was also really cool to spend some time in a different realm, this mythology has so much to offer that its exciting to see where they can go next! Especially with the other types of people such as the dark elves I hope we see more of them they seem evil and badass!

The plot was very straight forward and at ties I did see what was coming, the hints that were dropped throughout did really help but the end was interesting. It was great to see some villains being villains and getting second chances hopefully! Although one person who is very large was cool to see again and I really want to see where the story is going to take this character in relation to our crew.

Overall I think this was a very good book, a quick read but enjoyable, it wasn't my favourite out of the series but I still can't wait to see whats going to happen next this mythology is great and there is so many ways this could go. Get on it guys!

I hope you guys are all good and have a great day
Peace : )
